Dynamic Teamwork Development Course

Overview

The Dynamic Teamwork Development Course (DTDC) is an intensive three day, field based program designed to develop real world teamwork, decision-making, communication, and problem solving under stress. This course is limited to a minimum of 6 students to a maximum of 12 students to ensure individualized instruction, realistic scenarios, and meaningful feedback.


Participants will train in any weather conditions and operate in progressively complex environments as a team that require navigation, coordination, intelligence collection, and adaptive leadership. This is not a classroom heavy course, students will be giving training documents and information to pretrain and prepare the students for day one events. 


Who This Course Is For


  • Professionals seeking improved team performance under stress
  • Corporate or organizational teams
  • Security, emergency response, or operational personnel
  • Individuals interested in leadership, navigation, and field problem solving


     No prior tactical experience is required. This course focuses on team dynamics, not combat or weapons use.



Training Philosophy

   

    DTDC uses a flipped classroom model:

  • Core knowledge is delivered before the course
  • Classroom time is minimized to 1 hour the first day and in the field training environments.
  • Learning is reinforced through hands-on field execution
  • Stress, fatigue, uncertainty, and weather are used as learning tools

  • Land navigation and terrain analysis
  • Mission planning and execution
  • Receiving operations briefs (OPORD-style)
  • Conducting operations debriefs (AARs)
  • Intelligence collection and reporting
  • Operating under stress and time pressure
  • Basic emergency response / Stop the Bleed concepts
  • Low-profile movement and detection avoidance
  • Adaptability in dynamic environments



Course Completion


    Students who successfully complete the course will receive:

  • Certificate of Completion
  • Performance feedback and evaluation
  • Teamwork and leadership development insights applicable beyond the field
